During my time, Ms. Hritika at reception offered very good service. Her welcome was warm and efficient. I felt immediately comfortable. Her care really enhanced my experience.
The bathroom shower was broken. Water was leaking. The sofa bed was poor quality. It was uncomfortable.

many choices friendly staff excellent location
The breakfast had many choices. the staff were very friendly from the reception, housekeeping, and restaurant to the swimming pool staff. the hotel is in an excellent location. It's well-connected to the city.
the air conditioner temperature was limited to a minimum of 22c. the shower water was not consistently warm, and i had to shower with cold water one day. the room carpet had some stains i found unsightly.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also a large outdoor swimming pool, open from 7 am to 10 pm daily. a business center offers computers and printing services.

helpful staff efficient check-in fresh juice
the breakfast was a highlight of my stay (chef prepared great omelettes). the fresh orange juice machine was a nice touch. i also found the staff to be helpful and always smiling. the lady at check-in was especially efficient.
i noticed a slight delay once when waiting for the elevator.

amazing lobby nice reception clean rooms great cleanliness
the lobby look amazing when we walked in. reception and security people were very nice. our room were super clean. they took cleanliness seriously, so our stay was that much better.
i have to wait a long time for the elevator.
